    • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), frozen (about 150g)
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice (about 120ml)
    • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (30ml), optional for added sweetness
    • Toppings:
      • Fresh berries
      • Sliced banana
      • Granola
      • Chia seeds
      • Coconut flakes
      • Drizzle of honey or agave syrup

Notes

  1. Prepare the Acai Base:
    • Run the frozen Acai berry packets under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw. Break the packets into chunks and place them in a blender.
    • Add the frozen banana slices, mixed berries, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the blender.
