    2 cups milk (480ml) (any type, such as cow’s milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
    1 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
    2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (30ml), optional for sweetness

    Fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
    Sliced bananas
    Chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
    Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
    A sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional)
