Method
    1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
    2. Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, buttermilk, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and white vinegar until well combined.
    3. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    4. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and flour three 20cm round cake pans.
    5. Divide and Bake:
Divide the batter equally among the prepared cake pans. Smooth the tops with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    6. Cool and Prepare Frosting:
Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Meanwhile, prepare the cream cheese frosting.
    7. Make Cream Cheese Frosting:
In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    8. Assemble the Cake:
Once the cakes are completely cooled, spread a layer of cream cheese frosting between each layer and on the top and sides of the cake.
    9. Decorate (Optional):
Decorate the cake as desired. You can use additional frosting, red velvet crumbs, or other decorations.
    10. Chill and Serve:
Chill the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving to allow the frosting to set. Slice and enjoy your delicious Red Velvet Cake
