300g Sugar

1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
280g Cake Flour
2 1/2 Teaspoons

184g Milk (2%)

- Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease and flour three 20cm (8-inch) round cake pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one by one, beat well between each egg.
- Beat in Vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add to creamed mixture alternating with milk, beating well after each addition.
- Pour into 3 prepared pans, dividing batter evenly.
- Bake in at 175° C until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 10min – 15 min before removing to wire racks. Remove parchment.
- Cool completely.
- Prepare Buttercream
Ensemble the layer Cake:
- Start with the first layer on a Cake platter.
- Spread Butter cream evenly
- Place second layer on top and spread the same amount of butter cream evenly on it
- Repeat with the last layer
- Cover top and all around the entire cake to cover it completely
- Decorate as desired
- Cool for several hours before cutting and serving
