    • Start by preparing the crust:
      • Crush the digestive biscuits or graham crackers into fine crumbs.
      • Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the crumbs until you have a wet sandy texture.
      • Press this mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to create the crust. Place it in the fridge to set while you prepare the filling.
    • Make the filling:
      • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until it’s smooth and creamy.
      • In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
      • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overmix; you want a light and fluffy texture.
      • Add the vanilla extract and lemon zest, and gently fold them in.

      • Add another layer of the remaining cream cheese mixture.
      • Top it off with the remaining passionfruit pulp and seeds.
      • Finally, scatter the blueberries over the top.
    • Chill and serve:
      • Place the dessert in the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until it’s set.
